KFC snack sales and awareness were low amongst Australian teens. We discovered their snacking behaviour isn’t only sparked by hunger, but by excruciating boredom. So we created entertainment you can actually snack on. KFC Snack! in the Face – A mobile app and coupon platform that enabled teens to play and earn free snacks anytime by completing achievements and daily snack challenges. Snacks were easily redeemed by showing their mobile coupons in-store, and they could also gift their earned snacks to friends via Facebook.
