Australia Post wanted to highlight the people behind the packages while showcasing their integral place in the community. Essentially humanising the brand that is frequently under public scrutiny.
Michael’s story highlighted how Australia Post is leading the way in accessibility and inclusion. Determined to carve out a career in the transport-freight industry, Michael overcame countless doubts and roadblocks to prove that his disability won’t stand in the way of achieving his goals.
One in a six part film series, the Journeys campaign included online video, short-form social and digital broadcast cutdowns. These films, along with the Australia Post Accessibility & Inclusion Plan has led Australia Post to be named top performer in the 2023 Disability Confidence Awards.
